We hope you’re sitting down for this, because there’s some big news to share. Your favorite TV show and retailer are teaming up, and you’re going to want to get your hands on everything they create immediately.

Chip and Joanna Gaines of “Fixer Upper” collaborated with Target on a home decor line, appropriately titled Hearth & Hand with Magnolia.

Yeah — told you this was good!

Chip and Joanna Gaines announced the news via their Magnolia blog and social media accounts while Target spread the word through their corporate blog as well. So, it’s official!

Now, let’s get to the good stuff! You can expect to see everything from rugs to tableware, all with Joanna’s signature design style you’ve come to know and love.

And, as you might have imagined, as the line is being carried in Target, everything is pretty affordable. Prices range from as low as 99 cents to $129.99, according to the press release.

Here are a few pics of items you can expect to see in stores:

Magnolia, the company Chip and Joanna Gaines started together, already offers some pieces for your home available for purchase through their website. However, this Target partnership will allow the dynamic duo to reach a broader audience at a more affordable price point.

As Chip explained on the Magnolia blog:

The most common request we get from people is for us to travel to their town and help them out with their house. We have four kids ages 12 and under, and Magnolia is based here in Waco, so traveling around just isn’t in the cards for us in this season of life. We are adamant that anyone can put together spaces they can be really proud of – rooms that are both comfortable and beautiful. All it takes is some basic know-how and having a few design guardrails in place.

Now, what can we expect from the line? The aesthetic for Hearth & Hand will be “modern farmhouse.”

“Let me try to give you a visual: it’s like a little shop inside of Target. Jo keeps calling the look ‘modern farmhouse,’ whatever that means,” writes Chip (oh, Chip!). “All I know is she’s so excited about this collection that she wants to register for our wedding all over again.”

As if this wasn’t good enough news, there are a couple of aspects that will sweeten the deal even more.

Not only is the Hearth & Hand line launching on Nov. 5, but this won’t be a one-time collaboration. There will be new pieces rolling out at Target each season, similar to Target’s collaboration with Nate Berkus, so you can make sure your home’s constantly getting “fixed up” as the seasons change.

Last, but certainly not least, is the charity component.

Due to this partnership, Magnolia will be able to donate to communities in need. To kick things off, they’re working with Target to redesign the Target House dining room. The Target House is a free place to stay for long-term St. Jude patients and their families.

“We’ve always dreamed of working with a retailer to create a collection that could reach more people at a more affordable price point. Coming together with Target not only allows us to design beautiful pieces for people all over the country, it also allows us to help communities in a bigger way than we could have ever imagined,” Joanna said in a press release.

Sign up on the Target website to receive email updates about the Hearth & Hand collection. Then, mark your calendars for Nov. 5, when the collection will be available in stores and online.

Get ready to go make your house feel like home, y’all!
