Cinnabon is now selling its famous frosting by the pint

Everyone has their favorite part of a cinnamon roll. Maybe you like the crispier edges or the soft, spiced center. Or maybe you’re like me and you just can’t get enough of the icing.

If you have no problem leaving the actual cinnamon roll behind and digging right into the frosting with a spoon, we have some good news: You can now buy Cinnabon’s signature cream cheese frosting by the pint. This way, you can eat it on its own or smother it on anything your heart desires.

Starting at $5.99, the limited-edition pints are available for purchase through the holidays at Cinnabon mall bakeries nationwide and via food delivery providers.

While you can put the frosting on just about anything — including homemade cinnamon rolls — Cinnabon partnered with Freeform for the network’s 25 Days of Christmas movie lineup to create a handful of recipes that would pair nicely with a night of holiday movie-watching.

Use the frosting to make these frosting-filled cookies, or try it in non-dessert treats, like these frosting-topped sweet potatoes or this savory frosting herb cheese ball, which also has garlic herb cheese, cream cheese, walnuts and cranberries.

Cinnabon has also released a new frozen food line, including six breakfast creations for fans of both sweet and savory dishes. Starting at $4.83, the line includes everything from caramel pecan rolls to sausage and egg sandwiches.

For those who enjoy starting the day with something sweet, there are goodies like the Frosting Filled CinnaPastry, a cinnamon pastry filled with frosting and brown sugar cinnamon.

If you want something less dessert-like, there are savory options, like the CinnaBiscuit Chicken Sandwich, which is fried chicken on a cinnamon chip biscuit with cinnamon sauce.

In other sweet holiday breakfast news, this year you can choose from a number of delightfully sugary holiday-themed cereals, including Elf on the Shelf sugar cookie cereal and an “Elf” cereal (featuring tree-shaped marshmallows and maple-flavored corn puff cereal pieces), which is based on the classic Christmas tale of Buddy the Elf.
